... estava aqui a rever a minha revista Saveurs francesa, o artigo dos Legumes Anciens e diz que, a "Jerusalem Artichaude", é o mesmo que a Pâtisson (parecem umas abobrinhas verdes e brancas), não tem nada de semelhante com o topinambour... se conseguisse por umas fotos...help!

Sempre li que o toupinambour e a alcachofra de jerusalém são a mesma coisa.
